Development & Expansion

The Business Development & Expansion series was designed to meet the needs of business owners who have been already established their business and are now ready to take it to the next level. This program is geared towards entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least 1 to 2 years and who have already laid their foundation. This fast paced, interactive program will focus on getting your business to where you want it to be.  

We'll walk you step by step through a process that will help you to determine if indeed it really is a need to grow. This program is similar to our "Managing & Operating Your Business" Consulting Program with the only major difference being that this it is taught in a workshop (group) format. As with any program that it is taught in workshop format the information provided with be general in nature and not specific to your business or industry.
