Seminars & Training Services

Our seminars and training services are fast paced and high energy. No two events will be exactly the same. During our seminars we will provide you with detailed information specific to our topic that we hope will help you towards reaching your goals and expectations.

Our services are for informational and inspirational purposes only. Because of the sensitive nature of the materials that will be given to you and the information that will be provided, once you sign up, no refunds will be made available.

In the event that some event takes place by an act of God that prevents you from attending, and you can provide documented proof, you will be given a credit to attend a future event within a 12 month time frame. There will still be no refund available.

Coaching & Consulting Programs

Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore for our coaching and consulting programs, please feel free to participate in the 1st session and if you find that you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may cancel with no further obligation.

This cancellation must be presented and confirmed receipt by us in writing in order to be valid within 24 hours of your 1st session. You will not be entitled to a refund of monies paid for the 1st session but will be allowed to keep any information provided to you during your initial consultation.

To begin your program, you must complete and return all paperwork provided to you at the time you signed up. Upon receipt of said paperwork, and your scheduled payment for service, your first session will be scheduled. All email correspondence will receive responses within 24 -48 hours Monday through Friday.

Workshops, Seminars, Coaching & Consulting Programs

Empower U, Incorporated, herein referred to “Empower U” and its instructors, consultants and/or coaches, herein referred to as "consultants" offer educational services. Our services are to be used only as guidance for your planning, education and motivation.

Empower U represents that by signing and agreeing to work with us; you acknowledge that you understand and agree that our consultation is not any type of psychological, relationship, financial or any other type of counseling or therapy sessions.

If you feel that you need the assistance of a professional counselor or therapist, it is your responsibility to seek the care of a licensed and trained professional. Any training and information provided through workshops, seminars, coaching or consulting services is of the consultant’s opinion and is to be used for informational purposes only.

No guarantee can be made as to the outcome of someone’s situation after implementing techniques and principals that are being taught by any of our consultants.

It is agreed that all decisions that are made by you - the client, your employees and/or your company are of your own choice and that all of the afore mentioned parties agree to hold harmless for any activities resulting from the training or information provided by Empower U, any of it’s affiliates, instructors, officers, sales representatives and staff members.

You must also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empower U, Incorporated, Empower U, (fka Motivation-In-Motion, Inc and/or MIMI), Take Action Media & Productions and any affiliated companies, their officers, directors and employees from any and all claims, demands, suits, expenses, cost of attorney fees, judgments or other charges incurred by you as a result of your voluntary choice to participate in these sessions.

You will not hold Empower U or its consultants responsible for any actions or adverse results created as a direct result of advice or recommendation by Empower U or its consultants.

It is the intent of Empower U to keep confidential information shared by you the client as confidential. Information that cannot be kept confidential because of applicable laws or status will not be kept confidential.
